Contract Award for Cloud Cost Management

The UK Department of Environment, Food and Rural Affairs (Defra) has recently awarded a contract for the FinOps and Cloud Cost Management System. The successful contractor for this initiative is IBM United Kingdom Limited.

This procurement, carried out under the G-Cloud 13 framework, focuses on IT services involving consulting, software development, Internet, and support. The total value of the contract amounts to approximately £733,586.

The contract was awarded without prior competitive tendering, affirming the contractor’s capability to fulfill the requirements set forth in the auspices of the framework agreement.
