Contracts Awarded for Adult Skills Fund

The South Yorkshire Mayoral Combined Authority has successfully awarded several contracts under the Adult Skills Fund initiative aimed at providing adult education services. A total of £7 million has been allocated to support various projects aimed at enhancing skill development for employed, unemployed, and self-employed individuals in the region.

Among the awarded contractors are notable entities such as The Construction Skills People Ltd, Momentum Recruitment Limited, and Independent Training Services Limited (ITS Group). These companies are set to facilitate skill enhancement initiatives that cater to local demand and support employment growth.

The awarding of these contracts came after a competitive tendering process, which attracted a total of 16 submissions. This ensures that the selected contractors not only meet the required standards but also deliver quality outcomes for the communities they serve.
