Framework Agreement for Estates Consultancy

The University of the Highlands and Islands (UHI) has successfully concluded a framework agreement for the Provision of Professional Estates Consultancy Services. This framework will facilitate a range of consultancy services, divided into two lots. Lot 1 focuses on General Project Management and Estates Consultancy Services, while Lot 2 pertains to Property Consultancy Services.

A total of twelve tenders were received for Lot 1, with contracts being awarded to several reputable firms including Turner & Townsend Project Management Ltd, Pick Everard, and Gardiner & Theobald LLP. Notably, Thomson Gray Limited and Thomas & Adamson International Limited, both recognized as SMEs, also secured contracts. Lot 2 attracted two tenders, with contracts awarded to Graham + Sibbald and Hardies Property & Construction Consultants, the latter being an SME.

This framework not only aims to enhance the professional management and strategic development of estates associated with UHI but also contributes to local economic employment by engaging both large contractors and small enterprises in Scotland. The UHI anticipates that the partners will utilize this framework effectively while considering additional service requests throughout its duration.
