New Responsive Maintenance Framework Awarded

Curo Places Limited, a public body in the UK, has awarded a new contract for its Responsive Maintenance Framework v2. This framework aims to address general build and roofing needs for non-leasehold Curo properties over an initial term of three years. The estimated value of the contract is approximately £6,966,667, with a total procurement cost of £11,693,333.

After undergoing an accelerated procedure due to an urgent requirement following an unsuccessful previous tender exercise, the new framework has been established to ensure essential maintenance works are carried out swiftly and efficiently. The awarding of the contract is a part of Curo's strategic implementation to maintain and enhance housing standards within the communities it serves.

Five contractors have been selected for this framework, showcasing a mix of established firms in the region. The awarded contractors include:

  • 3 Solutions (2011) Limited from Wells
  • Cosgrove and Drew Ltd from Cheltenham
  • Cross Property Maintenance Limited from Bath
  • Lancer Scott Facilities Management Ltd from Bristol
  • Lcb Group Holdings Limited from Cardiff

This framework not only aims to deliver quality services promptly but also emphasizes engaging local enterprises to foster community development and support the local economy.
