NHS CWICB Non-Framework Supported Living Contract

The NHS Coventry and Warwickshire Integrated Care Board (NHS CWICB) has awarded the Non-Framework Supported Living Contract for the period of 2024-2025 to Home Group Limited. This contract follows a Direct Award Process C under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023, meaning that the common Public Contract Regulations 2015 do not apply.

This contract aims to provide Supported Living Placements to eligible individuals in the region, specifically serving the West Midlands area, including Warwickshire. Home Group Limited, based in Newcastle, has successfully met the requirements through an evaluation process that recognized their capability to maintain the quality required for the services.

The contract, starting on April 1, 2024, will run until September 30, 2027, and is set with a value determined by the activity delivered, as there is no guaranteed volume. The NHS CWICB looks forward to strengthening community support services through this initiative.
