Oracle Consultancy Contract Awarded

The Ministry of Defence in Cyprus has successfully awarded a contract for software consultancy services related to Oracle databases and applications. The contract, valued at €165,600, was granted to Adonis Ioannou from Dali, following a competitive procurement process. This initiative aims to support the maintenance, management, design, and development of Oracle databases, ensuring the effective operation of systems critical to the administration.

The contract emphasizes that the consultant's role is strictly advisory; they will not have access to the data or systems of the Special Administrative Area. With a total of three tenders received, including submissions from SMEs, the selection process aimed to engage proficient talent in the field of IT consultancy.

This award reflects the ongoing commitment of the Ministry of Defence to enhance its operational capabilities through expert consultancy services, thereby strengthening the infrastructure necessary for successful governance and administration within the context of the SBA.
